Terms & Condition
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Deals Go Technology W.L.L., a company duly registered and operating in the State of Qatar (“Deals Go”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using the Deals Go mobile application (“App”) or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Nature of the Platform
Deals Go is a technology-based promotional platform that enables Users to view and redeem discounts and promotional offers provided by independent third-party businesses (“Vendors”, “Merchants”, or “Partners”).
Deals Go:
- Does not sell, prepare, provide, or deliver any products or services
- Does not act as a merchant, reseller, or agent
- Does not process payments for purchases
Free Use – No Subscription Fees
- The Deals Go App is completely free for Users.
- There are no subscription fees, membership fees, or access charges.
- Users are not required to enter payment details.
- Any payments made are paid directly to the Vendor at the point of sale.
Acceptance & Updates
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- These Terms
- Any future updates or amendments
Eligibility
- Users must be 13 years of age or older.
- Users under 18 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- The Platform is intended primarily for use within the State of Qatar.
- Deals Go does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Offers & Redemption Rules
General Rules
- Offers must be presented before ordering or payment.
- Offers must be redeemed in-app at the Vendor’s outlet.
- Screenshots, copied, shared, or altered offers are not valid.
- Offers are valid only at the outlets listed in the App.
- Only one bill per visit unless otherwise stated.
- Offers are subject to expiry dates and conditions set by the Vendor.
- The complimentary item will be of equal or lesser value.
- Items must be from the same category, unless stated otherwise.
- Vendors may require a minimum number of people.
- Only items listed in the offer are eligible.
- Discounts may apply to selected items or to the total bill.
- Taxes, service charges, and extras may be excluded unless stated otherwise.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly allowed by the Vendor.
Unless otherwise specified by the Vendor, offers may not be valid on:
- Eid Al Fitr
- Eid Al Adha
- Qatar National Day
- Qatar National Sports Day
- Valentine’s Day
- New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
- Public holidays or special events
Vendor Responsibility & User Complaints
- Vendors are solely responsible for their offers, services, pricing, availability, and staff conduct.
- Vendors are contractually required to honor valid offers presented in accordance with the App rules, subject to stated exclusions.
- Deals Go does not guarantee that an offer will be honored in every instance.
- The User should first attempt resolution directly with the Vendor.
- Deals Go may, at its discretion, investigate and take action against the Vendor (including warnings, suspension, or removal). Deals Go does not guarantee compensation or resolution.
Accuracy of Information
While Deals Go requires Vendors to provide accurate and up-to-date information:
- Menus, prices, services, and availability remain the Vendor’s responsibility.
- Deals Go does not independently verify Vendor content.
No Payment Processing
Deals Go does not collect, handle, or process payments for Vendor goods or services. All billing and payment disputes must be resolved directly with the Vendor.
User Conduct & Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- Misuse or abuse offers
- Share accounts or exploit redemption systems
- Use offers for resale or commercial purposes
- Harass or intimidate Vendor staff
- Attempt to bypass App security or verification systems
Location Services
The App may use location services to display nearby offers.
Disabling location access may limit certain features of the Platform.
Communications & Marketing
By using the Platform, you consent to receive:
- Push notifications
- SMS messages
- Emails
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including the App, software, logos, branding, and content, belongs exclusively to Deals Go.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Service Availability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Deals Go does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for temporary downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.
No Warranty
Deals Go makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Offer availability
- Vendor performance
- Service quality
- Error-free operation
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Deals Go shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Deals Go shall not be liable for Vendor refusal, closures, pricing disputes, or service quality.
- Deals Go shall not be liable for force majeure events or technical failures.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deals Go from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Disputes with Vendors
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
